Why we made Rakshak Shwaas?
During the pandemic of covid-19, When the whole world was battling to fight against covid and there was a huge shortage of oxygen and life of people were at stake, imported products prices were inflated, quality of the imported product was not up to the standards. This was the time when our Indian government took the decision of granting ToT to Indian companies with a proven track record in making tech-related to covid 19.
We were among those top few companies who were granted to make Medical grade Oxygen concentrators and we proved it. In past too, we stood best in tech what was given ToT from an esteemed organization like DRDO. We never let the world and our country down as the result with join hands and ToT from ISRO we made MADE in INDIA medical Oxygen concentrator with best of class technology and world-class quality product is delivered to battle the oxygen crisis.
As true Indians, our journey now will never stop in technology progress and help mankind the best possible way.
How we made it?
It was a really difficult but amazing journey. When people were scared to come out of their homes, our team use to roam, finding raw material needed. Right from the brainstorming of initial design to complete finish well was one of the best experiences we ever had in life. There was the storage of raw material and all resources, yet we knew why we were making this possible. Design-Sampling-Programming-PCB making-assembling-RnD-Testing-Final product journey we did all. Yes we succeeded, SGS did our factory inspection and we are also now Class I category on GEM.
Phase 1: Designing
Designing: Multiple designs were made in Solid Works. Sitting long hours on minute iteration was really one big task. What we gave is the Time of our life to make it happen.
Phase 2: Sampling
This is was what we made into 3D solid works came into reality. Checking minor detailing was done at this stage.
Phase 3: Assembly
Our product comes under Class I category of Made in India. Almost 100% of the product is locally available with a brain designed and programmed by our team. This was the most beautiful part of feeling complete Made in India product.
Phase 4: Final Product
This phase made our dream come true. The climatic condition in countries like India where moisture is high, US PFA approved products were failing to deliver more than 75% of oxygen concentrator, Our made in India product was giving its unmatched performance and delivering more than 93-95% of oxygen purity. A class and real performer is RAKSHAK SHWAAS. We thank all Indians who believed in us and ISRO for trusting us and providing us the opportunity to serve mankind.
